Locations

These are some of the locations used by the club. (Please let the Webmaster know if any are missing.)

Selecting the location name will open a new window with a detailed map. The "size" of the map shown can be controlled by selecting the + or - on the bar underneath the map.

To print a map select the box underneath the size control (Save paper ...; Printer Friendly Map; Click here for a printer friendly map; etc.). This displays the page in a new window without most of the advertising. Printing this new window (use the printer icon or File/Print from the menu) will give you a single page. Exit (close) the window once printing has started.

The Hall, Witcham
This is a private outdoor arena, by kind permission of Paul and Arabella Chambers, measuring approximately 30x40m. The surface is always impeccable for jumping and there is a course of showjumps in the field during the summer. Parking is limited (except in high summer) and requires the ability to turn your transport around!
Witcham is off the A142 Chatteris to Ely Road. From Ely turn right into Witcham. At the centre of the village turn right at the crossroads by the green. At the end of the green take the first driveway on the left through tall metal gates into The Hall.

Hill Farm, Mepal
This is the current resting place of the Club show jumps which are available through the summer on a grass field. The land is clay so can be wet when wet and hard when dry. But it’s good when it’s good!
Mepal is off the A142 Chatteris to Ely road. From the Sutton roundabout head towards Chatteris, then take the first right to Mepal. The yard is on this corner. To access the entrance take the first right, signed to Witcham, then immediately turn right again into a gated road. The entrance gate is on your right.
