On The Day
The "secretaries tent" is the hut down the drive through the lorry park.
Directions to Cottenham Racecourse [from the the A14 Eastbound]:
From A14 take the A10 towards Ely.
Take the 4th turning to the left (Green End) - this is the 3rd turning signed to to Cottenham and Landbeach - a turning back towards the south that is fine for lorries (having gone through 2 sets of traffic lights, past turnings to Milton and Waterbeach on your right and round Landbeach to avoid the village).
Follow this road approx 1/2 mile to the first right turn (Cottenham Road) (before you enter Landbeach village) towards Cottenham. (At this time of year the turning is a bit hidden between hedges.)
The racecourse is on the right about a mile along here (about where Cottenham Road turns into Beach Road!).
CDRC signs will be put out.

(Revised 15/11/09 - Extra option on Riding Test 6 classes.)
There will be 2 sections to the Riding Test classes, Section A is open, Section B is a qualifier for the Royal Windsor Horse Show. There will be an additional levy of £3 for competitors in Section B, which should be added to the entry fee. Riders in Section B must be members of CDRC (or another area 7 RC that is not hosting its own qualifier classes) in order to qualify for the second round. The highest placed senior and junior (who have not already qualified) will go forward to the second area 7 round in spring 2010. Winners there will qualify for Windsor on May 12th-16th. Note: No music licence needed - just the normal entry fee - give it a try.
The Class is divided into restricted (for unaffiliated horses and riders) and open (everyone else), and further divided into junior (must not have achieved 17th birthday by date of Championships in June) and adult.
